Martina believes that everyone can benefit from Yoga. And it can be adapted to suit everyone. She first came to yoga in an attempt to improve her flexibility. However she quickly noticed increased wellbeing and strength as well as flexibility! She would love everyone to enjoy these benefits. Martina is an experienced teacher and first trained to teach Hatha Yoga. She has since enjoyed continuous training and development in yoga, meditation and Mindfulness. Martina is also qualified to teach Asthanga Yoga, Yin Yoga and Insight Mindfulness and meditation.
